Fairtrade-Menu, 24 of April 

By purchasing Fairtrade products, you support the fair treatment of farmers. Try our delicious Fairtrade menu: Fried cod fillet, mango-ginger chutney, spiced rice, and broccoli with lime oil. A small "Act of Green" with positive impacts on fair trade.

This dish is almost certainly the most popular Zurich dish in Switzerland: Züri G'schnetzeltes. Throughout the year, we celebrate different dishes from different cantons. On 29 April we serve the the famous dish from Canton Zurich.
